GENERAL INFORMATION: Everest Base Camp Trek (14 days)
The Everest Base Camp trek leads you to a height of roughly 5364 meters within 17 days. The Everest region is located in the lap of the mighty Himalayas which is recognized for its amazing scenery and welcoming locals. This trek highlights the local culture of the Himalayas and also provides information about the World's Highest Peak. This trek has the main starting and ending point which is Lukla. It is also considered to be the land of Sherpa. To reach the top of the world is the achievement of wonder and the most daring challenges to be performed.

HOW TO GO?
The EBC journey begins with the breathtaking 35-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. There is another option if you prefer road transport where you can choose to go from Kathmandu to Ramechhap to Lukla approx.5 to 6 hour drive. The main journey starts upon arrival at Lukla where the trekking journey starts along Dudh Koshi River's bank passing through the Sagarmatha National Park on the way to Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is known as the main trading point in the Everest region.
LUKLA FLIGHT CANCELLATION:
Flight from Lukla is often canceled or delayed because of unpredictable mountain weather. That is why trekkers need to prepare mentally and add additional days while planning or confirming the EBC Trek and not plan a tour for a limited number of days.
Best TIME TO GO
The best season to go for EBC starts from January, February, June, July, August, September, and December. There is another option of a Helicopter Tour which you can visit at any time whenever the weather is good.
EBC DETAILED ITINERARY PLAN
Day 1: Kathmandu to Lukla by flight.
Day 2: Arrive at Lukla and drive to Phakding.
Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar.
Day 4: Adjust to a new climate. (Acclimatization).
Day 5: Trek to Tengboche.
Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche.
Day 7: Dingboche to Duglha.
Day 8: Lobuche to Gorakshep.
Day 9: Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorakshep.
Day 10: Back to Pheriche. Overnight
Day 11: Pheriche to Khumjung.
Day 13: Jorsale to Lukla.
Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu Day 12: Khumjung to Jorsale.
